Terms and Conditions

Payment is required for confirmation of your flight or accommodation booked on your behalf.

It is important that bookings are confirmed. Reservations are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

We will not refund on tour cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure. No refunds are available for accommodation and ground tours booked on your behalf and tours cancelled within 14 days of departure will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Any bookings made utilising a third party may be subject to their additional Terms & Conditions.

A minimum number of passengers may be required to conduct a tour at the brochure price. It is common that tour bookings for our product are made at very short notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or make changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Operations are covered under the Federal Carriers Liability Act for Public Liability and Group Personal Accident.

Local tour operators, as required by their licencing, covers ground operations.

It is strongly advised that comprehensive travel insurance is purchased to cover cancelations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
